We’re looking for someone with the skills and passion to take video projects from concept to completion. Someone who thrives on building production schedules, managing teams through production and post, and taking incredible care of clients—while also having the creative chops to pull together a clean, compelling edit. At Overneath, you’ll join our team of producers to help lead projects from start to finish—understanding the needs of every stage of a production, staying cool under pressure, and turning creative chaos into a well-oiled machine. And when the shoot wraps, you’ll step into the edit bay to assemble cuts that wow both directors and clients. This hybrid Associate Producer + Associate Editor role means supporting productions from planning to delivery. Coordinating crews, managing timelines, and jumping into post when needed.
