@molotovdenver quite a while ago, but I realized that I never shared! Molotov has been open in Denver for about 2 years, and we had heard so many fantastic things about this special restaurant. The menu pays homage to Eastern European and Ukrainian cuisine, and I loved that the menu was so different from most of the restaurants that we usually eat at. We started with the borscht which was excellent, and I love how they served it out of a tiny ceramic cow carafe. The piroshki was a new dish for us, and it was so filling and the gravy was delicious. The drinks were also delicious, and I loved the bay leaf apple foam on my drink. I also love the unique interior - this cozy space takes kitsch to the next level, and there’s so many beautiful items to look at on every wall. Here’s what we tried:
