Denver’s weather is showing off this weekend, so I treated myself to a beautiful sunny lunch at @hojadenver ☀️ This cozy cafe has a fantastic menu, and I finally landed on the chilaquiles with fresh tortilla chips, salsa verde and Mexican cheeses. I also had the Cafe de Olla which was perfectly refreshing with hints of orange. Don’t skip this delicious coffee - it was excellent! The space was so calm, with lots of natural light, and so many gorgeous plants.
