It has been 10 years since grahamholmberg has competed at the CrossFit Games. The 2010 Fittest Man on Earth helped shaped this sport. Handing the baton to the next generation, Holmberg took a step back from the CrossFit Games in 2015. A decade later, he has returned to the Ultimate Proving Grounds for the Fittest on Earth, this time in the Masters division. “The gym never left, but my focus shifted — building a family, a legacy, a life with purpose, alongside Savanna. Training had to take a back seat. There were surgeries. Setbacks. Seasons of doubt. But something kept stirring. Now — I’m back. Older, maybe. Wiser, definitely.
