Directions
1. Whisk eggs, vanilla, stevia, and yogurt in a bowl.
2. Add protein powder and mix until smooth.
3. Stir in baking powder; let batter rest while heating griddle.
4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium or medium-low heat; spray with oil.
5. Scoop small pancakes (1.5 tbsp each) onto skillet.
6. Cook until bubbles form (about 1 min), flip, then cook 10-20 seconds more.
7. Transfer to a plate, top with berries and sugar free syrup.
