Peaches are pretty much on their way out, but blueberries are still kicking. So I tossed them together in a skillet and baked up this cobbler. Golden, bubbly, and obviously topped with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream that melts right into all that fruit. 🫐🍑 Ingredients Peach and Blueberry Filling
4-5 lbs peaches, fresh 
1 cups blueberries, fresh 
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
 Cobbler Topping
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornmeal, medium grain
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
8 tbsp butter, cold 3/4 cup buttermilk, milk, or cream 
Instructions Instructions Preheat the oven to 375°F In a large bowl, toss together the sliced peaches, blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch until the fruit is evenly coated.
