I created DanceBody because it was the workout I was craving. I wanted the long lean lines of a dancer, while also feeling athletically strong.
All the movements you see in my workouts promote mobility, full range of motion, and stability. This creates a well rounded physique, less injury, and more functional movement overall.
What they say is true: if you don’t use it, you lose it. And I’m proud to say that dance wasn’t something that just started and stopped for me. I kept the practice into into my 40’s and I feel better than ever.
