The Crater Lake Rim Trail is probably the most popular PCT alternate, and for good reason. Just look at these views!! Started the day with a 1,000-foot climb, followed by a breakfast of marionberry stuffed French toast from the Crater Lake Lodge, followed by a hike up on the rim of the lake with VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS.
