Fresh Mango Puree 1 oz. Coconut Cream Habanero and Tajin Garnish Habanero Simple Syrup 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, 5-8 habanero slices Add ingredients to a sauce pan over medium low heat. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Strain Mango Puree 1 cup cubed mango, 3 oz water, blend To build: Add ice to a shaker, add all ingredients. Shake and strain over new ice in a Tajin rimmed glass.
