My head and my heart and my body, all working together, finally 🏃🏼‍♀️ ❤️ 🧠 Got a win in London this week in the 3k at the britishmilersclub Tooting Bec, running 9:00.33 The fun continues! I’m 3 races into a 5 race circuit that I built for myself this month. Next up: Edinburgh, Scotland for the mileclassic! Excited to check a new country off my list! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Hanging out in Richmond for the weekend, then on to Scotland and then to China! I’m really proud of my brain and body for being able to do this and I’m so grateful to be back on the circuit again, bopping from city to city for these races. This is a big step forward for me. I’m also so grateful for all the messages from those of you who know how big of a deal this is for me and who are celebrating in this with me! Thank you!!!
