This summer was my first as a fully independent trainer. I’ll be real with you I was scared to make the transition. Leaving behind comfort and certainty isn’t easy, but deep down I knew it was the right thing to do. Growth doesn’t come without risk. I’ve been on this grind for six years. From early mornings and late nights, to pouring into every client and every rep, I’ve built my craft brick by brick. Those years taught me discipline, resilience, and that energy and consistency will always separate you. This first summer on my own has been proof that betting on yourself pays off.
