Who doesn’t love Korea’s iconic tea house, Osulloc (osulloc_official)? 🍵
They’ve just opened a brand-new Matcha Noodle Bar at the Osulloc Tea Museum in Jeju! This is their premium tea-pairing dining spot, and the menu sounds like a matcha lover’s dream.
You’ve got Warm Matcha Noodles and Cold Matcha Noodles in a rich pork broth, plus Matcha Bibim Noodles and tender Boiled Pork Slices. All menus were co-created by Michelin-starred chef Do-yun Kim (projectsyun) — you might know him from Culinary Class Wars and his specialty noodle restaurant.
Osulloc has been going global lately, even landing in the U.S. through Erewhon (erewhon). If this noodle bar ever makes it overseas… that’s going to be epic.
