Each October, our industry comes together for Construction Inclusion Week to build awareness, share educational resources, and celebrate the power of inclusion and belonging. This year’s theme, “Amplifying Belonging in the Built Environment” emphasizes the importance of creating spaces – both in the office and on the job site – where everyone feels valued, respected, and included. This week, our team gathered to discuss what inclusion and belonging means in the workplace and on the construction site – authenticity, trust, and support were themes that echoed throughout our conversations.
