Mind you, second grade hasn’t even been in session for a full calendar week and I’m already writing the mea culpa and getting the makeup work packet. 🫠 Being named Godmother of the world’s largest (and newest!) cruise ship was surreal, and having Delta by my side for official naming ceremony was so special and worthy of the absence. Now we’re getting ready to take two more days off at the end of next week again, because beyond spending the day aboard for the naming ceremony, Royal Caribbean invited my family to actually SAIL on Star of the Seas, and I am so incredibly excited to take full advantage of Godmother privileges for that (yes we’re bringing Grandma too! 🥹) This is a delicate time for me, but in my head it works perfectly... My 6 week ultrasound is next Wednesday and then we’re off to sail right after that.
