This past Sunday at our weekly GP NATION turf workout, I hit my PR for our baseline workout finishing in 21:14. My goal is sub 20min. Other than the obvious reason of getting in better shape, the factors that attributed to this.... 1. Getting all my blood levels checked by drluisfandos.alluringage and taking the necessary actions. (Still a work in progress, but feeling a lot better) 2. Daily green smoothies made with love by my amazing wife anariv22 3. Incorporating rest/recovery days 2x/week with stretching/mobility/foam rolling 4.
