✨ glute bridges x10 reps
into abduction pulses x10 reps
into abduction hold x10 seconds
✨ banded kick backs (slow & controlled) x10 each way
✨ 3-way banded hip abductions (1,2,3 = 1) x5 reps each way
✨ cat-cows/spinal waves x10 reps
✨ banded side steps x20 total reps
✨ banded squats (slow and controlled) x10 reps
✨ KB RDL x10 reps
✨ KB goblet squat pulses (1 & 1/2 rep = 1) x10 reps
✨ BB or mobility stick RDL into knee drive x5 reps each side
