This is Chef Tavel tavel19 and Chef Jorge jlfhernandez (who used to work with me at minibarbyjose!)…now feeding their community in Texas after the floods. One of the many restaurants they are part of, PullmanMarket is focused on ingredients sourced from TX farmers—local food, local heart.
