Last week, I checked out theofficiallove.life and I’m pretty I just found my new happy place …well on the other side of town from where we live in LA 💫 Love.Life gives major wellness-meets-luxury vibes — founded by John Mackey ( the founder of Whole Foods 🌿). It’s like gym + spa + new age tech savvy concierge doctor + café all under one roof. nicolepajer and I did the most amazing and hardest class ever of Power Plates. 30 min and I was wiped in the best way possible. Then we went into the cold plunge and did the 48 degree one, sauna and then laid on the warm stone. It was lovely. I bummed the cryo-was not available and I did not get to try the hyperbaric chamber or red light but that’ll leave a little something for the next trip here. There was so much to try and not enough time.
