🔥🤔 What’s the deal with touching the forehead to the floor in the separate leg stretching pose? This technique only benefits those with rounded spines, a concave chest, or bent knees. However, once your spine and legs are fully extended, this technique no longer serves you and can hinder your flexibility and alignment progress. Instead, focus on extending the crown of your head towards the floor while engaging the arches of your feet. Imagine your spine hanging straight down to the ground like a pendulum from your pelvis.
