Finally tried the viral peanut butter & jelly cake and it was DELICIOUS! Got the idea and recipe from holmescooking_ . If you like peanut butter & jelly, you have to give this one a try! It’s super easy to make too: For the cake: - 1 box yellow cake mix - 1 cup peanut butter - 1 ¼ cup milk - 1 stick melted unsalted butter - 4 eggs Bake at 350 degrees until done, poke a bunch of holes in the cake and pour 1 cup of warmed up jelly over the cup. Spread it all over and let sit for 15 minutes to soak and cool down. Spread cool whip over the top and finish with more jelly and peanut butter over the top.
