My favorite meal growing up. Grilled Polish sausage and onions. I can probably eat this every day 😂. I get the Polish sausage from a local deli. You need a good quality Polish sausage, none of the bagged stuff lol. I start the onions on the grill first and cook for 15-20 minutes until they are nice and soft. Next, I add the sausage and grill it over the coals, rotating every minute or so. You want them charred up but not burnt.
