Any time we have people working at our house I always try to cook for them. They work really hard and a nice meal at the end of the day is the least I can do. This time we had our driveway replaced and I decided to make some shredded Italian Beef style sandwiches. I smoked 2 chuck roasts then braised them with pickled jalapenos, Italian seasoning, garlic, and beef broth. Took most of the day and just as they were finishing up with the driveway, the food was ready to go. They were super happy with the food and I was super happy with my new driveway.
