🐽 Double Bone-In Stuffed Pork Chops | I had a few double bone-in pork chops in the freezer, and I did what any normal person would do… stuff them with fresh broccoli rave and a shit ton of provolone. No real recipe for this one! I sautéed some broccoli rabe with tone of garlic, Calabrian chilies, and freshly grated provolone cheese. Then seasoned to taste with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of balsamic. I stuff the pork chops with the broccoli rabe, and some more provolone before searing these bad boys on all sides and basting with butter and fresh herbs. Once they hit the desired temperature, I removed then from the pan to rest.
