🏝️ Beach Sandwiches All Summer Long! Everyone has their go-to beach sandy, but this is one of my new favorites! Roast Beef Freshly Slice Mozzarella Peperoncini Horseradish Mayo (see recipe below) Salt & Pepper EVOO Sourdough bread Horseradish Mayo -1/2 cup mayo -2-3 tbsp horseradish -1 tsp Dijon mustard -1 tsp lemon juice -1/2 tsp white wine vinegar -2 garlic cloves, grated -Salt & Pepper to taste. Mix all the horseradish mayo ingredients together in a bowl, taste, and adjust as needed. Then set aside in the fridge until you’re ready to use. Spread a generous amount of mayo on both slices of bread. Then top with as much roast beef as your heart desires, and season with salt & pepper. Top the roast beef with sliced mozzarella, a little salt, and a drizzle of EVOO.
