Part 1: 12 large lemons 750mL Vodka Peel the lemons and transfer the lemon peels into a large, air tight container. Make sure you only get the yellow peels, and not the white pith. Top with vodka, and let the vodka infuse with the lemons for 15-45 days (the longer the better).
