🍔 “Big Mac” Burger Bowl | these burger bowls are high protein, low calorie, and are going to be a weekly staple in my house.
🍔 Burger Bowl
-1lb ground beef
-1/2 yellow onion, diced
-1/4 to 1/3 cup freshly shredded cheese of choice
-Relish or pickles
-Shredded Lettuce
-Diced Tomatoes
-Sesame Seeds
-Salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder (to taste)
🥔Potatoes
-2 gold potatoes
-Olive oil
-Salt & Pepper
🤫Not So Secret Burger Sauce
-2 tbsp mayo
-2 tbsp ketchup
-1/2 tbsp mustard
-1/2 to 1 tbsp sweet relish
-1/4 tsp each, onion powder, garlic powder, & paprika
-Salt & Pepper
Add all the not so secret burger sauce ingredients a bowl. Mix until combined, then taste and adjust any of the seasonings as you’d like. Set aside in the fridge.
Dice your potatoes and add to a large bowl with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Toss until combined, then air fry at 400° for 20 minutes (or until crispy and cooked through). Shake the basket and toss the potatoes every 7 minutes or...
