This time, I got some really good sourdough bread and experimental hazelnut honey from bluehillfarm
Fresh Sourdough Bread, sliced
Ricotta, the best you can find
Raw Honey, the best you can find
Whole garlic clove
Flakey Salt

If your ricotta looks a little watery, add it to a fine mesh strainer over a bowl, and let it drain in the fridge for at least 1 hour. This will slightly dry the ricotta out.
Add the ricotta to a food processor, and process in 30 second intervals until light and fluffy (or until it resembles a cloud like consistency). Then transfer the ricotta to a pastry bag.
