To celebrate, I finally shared a recipe that’s been close to my heart for years—my Fresh Italian Tomato Pie. It’s a nod to the classic Southern tomato pie, but of course, I had to give it my own twist. Think: a buttery crust, a creamy ricotta-Boursin base, juicy heirloom tomatoes, layers of mozzarella… and a whole lotta love. 🇮🇹🍅🥧
