Have you guys ever had the delicious Polish dish called Haluski? 👨‍🍳Let me introduce you to this amazing fusion dish with a Korean twist that I've developed in partnership with @nongshimusa. Both Polish and Korean cultures incorporate fermented cabbage, pickling, and rich umami flavor profiles!🙌 We recently went to our local Chicago Costco to find all of the ingredients to make this incredible meal!
