Japanese curry in a rice cooker : ) When I was in college, I’d just treat my rice cooker as an electric stove top, and I’d experiment accordingly. The first rice cooker curry I shared was almost 3 years ago! 🤯 I’ve since learned you can just toss all the ingredients in at once, and the curry still tastes great! My rice cooker is a 2 cups uncooked / 4 cups cooked size. Ingredients 4 oz chicken thigh, cut into small pieces 2 oz potato, cut into small pieces 2 oz carrot, cut into small pieces 1 oz onion, cut into small pieces Curry roux (I used 1) Water (based on packaged instructions) 1. Combine all the ingredients above into the rice cooker and hit cook. 2. Let cook till potatoes and carrots are soft and the chicken is cooked through.
