One of my favorite mixed rice dishes is takomeshi! 🐙
Here’s how I make it.
Ingredients
200 g boiled octopus
1 tbsp sake
1/2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp soy sauce
Thinly sliced ginger
Thinly sliced green onions
1. Saute ginger in some sesame oil
2. Add sake, mirin, and soy sauce
3. Let reduce slightly before adding octopus.
4. Add the octopus and sauce to rice along with toasted white sesame seeds.
5. Mix and enjoy!
