Forgot to thaw meat so I threw together naengmyeon with canned whelk for dinner. I say “threw together” because aside from the egg and sautéing the whelk, I basically cooked nothing 😆 I did not love the canned whelk’s seasoning. It was soy sauce based but much sweeter than I’d like. Next time, I’ll buy whelk that hasn’t been seasoned! #naengmyeon #whelk #koreanfood #coldnoodles
