EP 17. I like my tteokbokki soupy! Recipe below!
My rice cooker is a 2 cups uncooked / 4 cups cooked size.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp dashi powder
1-2 tbsp gochujang (adjust to preference, i have a mild gochujang)
1/2 tbsp sweetener of choice
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp gochugaru
Minced garlic
Rice cakes
Fish cakes
The order of cooking really depends on your preference or the kind of rice cakes/fish cakes you use. The noodle shaped ones I used are very quick cooking, so I was able to put them in at the end!
