🍠 EP 11. Recipe in Caption! Sweet potato rice! My partner said this was one of his favorite rice cooker recipes. 🍠 As usual the water to rice ratio may differ depending on the kind of rice you use! Cooking times may also differ depending on your rice cooker model. My rice cooker is a 2 cups uncooked / 4 cups cooked size. Ingredients 3/4 cups medium grain rice 1 cup water 5 oz sweet potato, cubed 1 tbsp sake 1 tbsp mirin 1/4 tsp salt Toasted black sesame seeds 1. To washed and drained rice, add the water, sake, mirin, and salt. Stir. 2. On top of the rice, add the sweet potato cubes. Do NOT stir. 3. Let Cook 4.
