🙌🏼🍲🤤Sharing one of my favorite and easy Korean recipes but with a delicious Polish twist. Budae Jjigae or Korean Army Stew is like a warm hug in every bite. I like using @nongshimusa’s Shin Black Instant Ramen with beef bone broth for a flavorful base. In case you are wondering, I got mine from Hmart. Also, it’s so versatile and you can add your preferred protein and veggies to suit different recipes. Since I was inspired by the umami-rich flavorful cuisines of Korean and Poland, I am melding the two worlds together through this recipe. I am using tofu, pierogies, rice cakes, kielbasa, enoki mushrooms, and kimchi for the toppings. The result is a rich, comforting and flavorful stew that has so many different textures and flavors in every bite.
