You’ll get things like buttery A5 kimbap with crispy nori, citrusy short rib, galbi with pineapple kimchi, New York strip with smoked milk and kimchi powder, and housemade akahoshiramen in their budae jjigae. And yes - you can upgrade with uni or truffle if you’re feeling extra. It all ends with a banana uyu dessert that’s somehow sweet, savory, and a perfect finish. Modu means “everyone” in Korean and this whole menu really is for everyone.
