Parmesan Crusted Brussels Sprouts
These Parmesan crusted roasted Brussels sprouts are simple and only require a few ingredients. It’s the perfect side dish and they pair well with just about anything. they’re tossed in olive oil, seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then baked until golden and delicious. Ingredients:
* 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* Salt and pepper, to taste
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
3. Season the Brussels sprouts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper according to your taste. Mix well.
4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts and toss them again until the cheese coats the sprouts.
