In the last 20 years, the state Peace Officer Standards and Training Board has revoked the licenses of only 83 police officers, Fox reports. That’s out of more than 11,000 officers. ⁠ ⁠ 1.5 % of complaints filed against Minneapolis police resulted in suspensions, terminations or demotions."
