🍹 DIARY OF A SOBER CURIOUS GIRL: why do we can it “virgin” 🙄 Here is an update on my #sobercurious journey and how much joy I found in Los Angeles seeing #nonalcoholic drinks so readily available on menus! Where it is odd: - THE PRICE?! Mocktails… no it’s juice. NA wine I understand because it takes more processing to create a similar taste. NA beer is the most economical and similar in taste (unless you have a great bartender) THE NAME: - Do we really have to call it “virgin”? Honestly I roll my eyes at the title…to me it comes off demeaning or like a cocktail without alcohol isn’t sexy. To me, keeping my wits about me and having a clear mind and settled stomach is in fact MUCH sexier than how I feel when I drink. 🤷🏼‍♀️ #sobercurious #nonalcoholicdrinks
