⚡️bodies that look like this...⚡️ ...change, shift, roll, bulge, tighten, expand,bloat, expel, etc. That pretty flipping incredible! . . My body can do incredible things, but one of its responsibilities is NOT looking “perfect” or “ultra-fit” all the time regardless of my profession. It’s responsible for movement, expression, connection, energy, strength, the superpower of creating life (that one charges interest for all the years of hellish monthly annoyances), and to be the vessel my soul gets to express itself in for my time on Earth. So just in case the highlight reel of social media may confuse you, let’s remember that every body is meant to manipulate itself in a multitude of ways, and candidly, that’s pretty magical! . .
