It’s easy to allow the ego to trick you into believing all you do not posses— after all it’s job to be the anxious friend who always wants to make sure you will be safe. If you need strength, think of the strength of your bones to carry your body every day of your life ( though illness, seasons, age abs even gravity). If you need softness, think of the hair your body creates that helps keep you warm and regulated. if you need protection, remember the skin that encases the whole incredible network of your system and how it’s so fast to heal itself. If you are looking for purpose, remember that all of these pieces of yourself are in existence, in accordance in presence so that your S O U L could experience this very moment. . . .
