Here at home, we care for our gut health by eating as many whole foods as we can and avoiding ultra-processed foods (UPF) as much as possible. Eating a wide variety of fruit and veges and fermented foods. I know wine isn't great for the microbiome but you have to draw the line somewhere! I do try to go for red!😀
