🐾We are happy to introduce you to Fishcreek Elementary School's new principal: Mrs. Burwell! This may be her first year in the district, but Mrs. Burwell brings a wealth of experience with her. She previously served as the middle school principal in Ravenna City School District for three years, associate principal at Perry High School for three years, and began her career as an 8th grade ELA teacher in the Kent City School District. Mrs. Burwell is inspired by the growth she sees in students each year, made possible through the dedication of passionate educators. As an administrator, she is driven by helping create the conditions for that success - making sure teachers have the tools, support, and systems they need to thrive.
