Investing in smaller towns means working with smaller counties and less funded housing departments. The end results are the same, but some of the systems are little older. Like some counties don’t have automated water meters. They’re still sending workers to read every meter individually. Some don’t have online title transfers. You have to show up IN PERSON to change the title. And some don’t have automated direct deposits. They send out paper checks every month.
