Missing baby #EmmanuelHaro's father, Jake Haro, has spoken out in a new jailhouse interview. He says his wife, Rebecca Haro, is innocent and that he was "the fall guy" in a 2018 abuse case that left his 10-week-old daughter permanently disabled.
