A cyber criminal group known as "Purgatory" is allegedly behind the recent series of active shooter hoaxes on college campuses, according to an intelligence report by the Center for Internet Security. The fake shooting reports began Aug. 21 at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga and at Villanova University in Pennsylvania. The most recent occurred Friday night at the University of Georgia.
