-dynamic warmup
WORKOUT
-back squat: 1x5, increase weight, 2x5, back to starting weight, 1x5
-nordic curls: 3x5
-hang clean + knee drive to box: 3x5 each leg
-kettlebell swings: 3x10
-bosu ball squat holds: 3x30 seconds
CARDIO
-stair master workout: 2 min @ level 6, 1 min at level 10, repeat 6-8 times.
