Eligible voters can now request special (mail-in) ballot packages for the 2025 General Election. If you’re unable to vote during Advance Vote (Oct. 6-11, 2025) or at a voting station on Election Day (Oct. 20, 2025) you can apply for a mail-in ballot package. A few important dates to remember if you choose to vote this way: 📬 Sept. 29 – Packages begin to be mailed to eligible requestors. 📬 Oct. 3 – Last day to request a mail-in ballot to be mailed to you. ✉️ Oct. 20 at 10 a.m. – Deadline to request a mail-in ballot for pickup. 📬 Oct. 20 at noon – Deadline for mail-in ballot packages to be received by the Elections Calgary office and be counted.
