Because when the band get in their groove, it is absolutely impossible not to lose a few inhibitions. To translate such raw animalistic punk rock, the sort designed for bars and swearbox venues, to the vast surroundings of a festival’s main stage is no mean feat, but the quartet make it look effortless, the bleary-eyed romance of ‘Security’ and gritty refrains of ‘Guided By Angels’ feeling wholly intimate in such a gargantuan space.
