With bowties secured to their collars and a snap of the therapy dog vest, Canine Companions #therapydogs Buddy and Ellis were ready for prom! 💃🪩🕺 Looking sharp and ready to party, they attended Night to Shine hosted by the timtebowfoundation, a complementary event hosted around the world for anyone living with a disability, ages 14 and older. Among the glitz and glam activities of the evening included a red carpet walk, paparazzi photoshoots, hair and makeup stations, in addition to a room that provides calm from the numerous activities. In the room were Canine Companions volunteer #therapydog teams, Shannon with Ellis and Carrie with Buddy, who were happily awaiting those who needed a moment of peace and calm.
